Why? If you are from SD can you tell me why both Sanford and Avera have to have a heart hospital in Sioux Falls? Is it because there are too many people on a keto diet in south east SD, south west Minnesota, or north west Iowa?
You are correct, it is the sardines, the pork rinds and vienna sausages, some bad things come in little cans.
