Depends.

If an appetizer before supper will split a tin. Then have some additional appetizers also.

Today for lunch we split that big can of Mackeral along with pork rinds. Some days we might eat a tin for each of us for lunch. Any meal other than supper is usually pretty light relatively speaking. We don't eat big meals then.

For supper we will eat till we are full. Any other meal tends to be just something small. Tuesdays and Thursdays we both fast and just do supper, so are used to one meal a day. So the other days just having basically a snack for other meals is no big deal. We do have a big supper always (plenty of protein and fat) and if for some reason we don't, we will get hungry the next day. With a good supper it is easy to go 24 hours once fat adapted.

If a person likes sardines a tin of them in a lunch for the field along with a spoon would be a great keto lunch. Could have a couple of them if working hard or add some pork rinds or some chaffles.
