some of the rules I have read is you have to fast for 16 hours - then can eat whatever in the remaining 8

so depending on when you quit eating yesterday - have you skipped the whole 16 hours?
basically i think the planning means being able to eat near the beginning and near the end of the 8 hour stretch --

so lets say you had a snack last night at 10pm -
you can start eating again 16 hours later or 2pm - then you have 8 hours and have to be done eating again

there is another rule about not eating so much time before you goto bed.....
