Pittsburg, Kansas | One alternative is Crown and seltzer or sparkling water. Not as sweet, but still has the fizz with no sugar like the Pepsi.
Pepsi was my go to drink when I was young. Not unusual to drink a two liter a day. Likely heavily contributed to my becoming diabetic because I drank some throughout the day and after supper. So my insulin levels never had a chance to go normally low which is the perfect storm to create insulin resistance.
