I have click plank flooring in the back porch and pantry washroom area. Can't say if one is better than other,but there is a lot of difference in thickness, flexibility and quality. The porch is elevated and tends to heave a bit in winter. I think the flooring moves with the weather change. Glue down probably would not be a good choice there.
