| Ive done the 5/2 diet. Eat normal low carb 5 days a week and then cut calories fairly drastic for 2 days a week. Worked pretty well dumped about 30 pounds over 4-5 months last summer then gained about 10-15 back over the fall and holidays. Doesn’t want to work so good now. I think your body gets used to what you are doing and finds its spot it likes weight wise. So I tweaked this a bit. Going do a 4/2/1. Eat normal low carb 4 days. Then lower calories 2 days. Then fast 1 day a week. Can mix it up to where you don’t have a fast day and a low day back to back. | |
