I'm about two weeks into trying to reduce the amount of sugar and bad carbs in my diet. I'm not overweight and most people would consider me to be in good shape. I'm 6' 3" and weigh about 183 lbs. I have a 32" waist and wear medium and/or large shirts. I would still like to lose 10-15 lbs and get rid of the "insulation" I have around my torso. My weaknesses are chocolate, cookies, and crackers. Sometimes a meal consisted of a tube of Ritz crackers with some cheese and meat followed by a few cookies. |
