Fruita CO | My wife found this dog at the shelter about 18 months ago or so. Fell in love at first sight. The dog had been spotted all over the valley, as far as 50 miles away. Nobody ever claimed her, & she wasn't chipped. When we first got her she was a total escape artist, wouldn't stay in the fenced back yard for 15 min...visited all the neighbors around. We kept her on a leash in the yard for a year, finally got enough trust to let her off, & she is totally bonded now. super nice dog, and as smart as any I've ever seen...
