NW Iowa | As always John, good info. Since you and I first emailed back in August, I have been working hard at cutting my carb intake and it seems to be working. My A1C in September was 7.1, my latest taken last Thursday was 5.6. My weight in that same time range is down 51 pounds. I am very pleased with this as during this time my wife and I spent a month in Italy and also went thru the Christmas and New Years holidays. The thing that amazes me is I have rarely felt hungry or starved. I thank you again for the information you have provided here. | |
