You could have the plumber core drill were you want the drain. Then remove wood form. At that point you will have 6 inches between holes. You should be able to dig down at current hole and new hole and dig between. Slide trap in from current hole to new hole, connect to existing pipe. Won't be easy, but is doable.

That is not far between and digging under floor should be easy unless you have rocks. You might be surprised how much you could remove with a shop vac and a small gardening shovel. You will be able to reach under concrete with your arm.
