Subject: RE: krill oil

Pittsburg, Kansas
When looking for a fish oil I read a bunch of the reviews on Amazon and quite a few mentioned having problems like you describe. So I looked for the ones that said "other" fish oils did it but not this one (the one being reviewed).

Here is one we have used quite a bit of and have been happy with.

Have used a couple other since then. One was good, the other just "ok" with a slight fishy taste but not too bad.

We started out taking pills, but to get the dose up where any research shows it does much good, it would take a lot of pills. We found just taking a teaspoon of the liquid a couple times a day was a lot better than taking all the pills.

I have never found the krill oil available in liquid or would probably buy it that way.

While we are down south for the winter we have just started eating a half tin of sardines in olive oil a day as a meal apetizer. That gives us a pretty good boost of omega 3's.
