Friend has one. Has rodent issues, and hard to get insurance on it
He needs a better insurance agent then. There is exactly 0 reasons why it should be hard to insure, unless it was built on piers or something - slab on grade, crawl space, or full basement and you insure it just a like a house. It's wood frame, like a house. Steel roof, like a house. Everything else is like a machine shed, have insured several. |
