SE SD | So much depends on your operation. If you're the "headquarters" farm I wouldn't do it. Sprayer, chemicals, fertilizer spreader, combine with mice running out of it, waste oil, welding, painting, anything with manure, the list goes on and on. But if that kind of work is all done at another shop, then go for it...it's just a huge attached garage. I think as more of them have been showing up, resale should be just fine which means you should be able to get financing.
