NEIA | Lived in one for over a year maybe 2. Been over 30 years ago. It is still being lived in today. I really liked it. 2 stories, walk in ground level, patio deck on upper and lower level. Bedrooms most were upstairs, one down, large living room, with another big area upstairs and nice sized kitchen. It had a storm shelter/root cellar just out side one door. All the utilities were in one room on main floor. Really liked walking out into the storage to work on something. Wasn't a finished shop at that time. From the house you couldn't hear anything going on in the shed. Only down side at that time was when it rained hard or hailed, that would wake you up upstairs. With spray foam now probably wouldn't be a problem. This one didn't have in floor heat. Wasn't available at that time. Heating and cooling was not bad. Don't see much problem with a shop, but I would put in a vent system just to be safe. | |
