Southern IL was full of the k-f-m-l series combines. It seamed like the ones who liked the conventional walker combine went to the new bigger Deere 9400-9600 combines, those who like the rotor went to the Axial flow units. Gleaner Ns were pretty much a disaster and the brand change/dealer closings did not help.
