Not sure what you are wanting, so here is a refurbished by Dell desktop with windows 10. Can be purchased for 50% ($185) off with coupon on the page in red. I would recommend setting it up so she doesn't have to use a password. I do not suggest buying any computer with an I3 processor. Make sure the RAM is DDR3 NOT DDR2. I3 and DDR2 is very old tech.
