| I have nothing to do with the Farm Biz company and we use it on our farm. It is very simple to use and is all set up for the categories on the schedule F. It is probably the easiest program to get going for a farm because there really isn't any setup time involved.
But it is not a glamorous program. When you fire it up you may think it's a joke if you are tech savvy. It has the look of software designed for Windows 3.1.
But it does the job and like I said it is simple to use. I would not recommend quick books for most people because of the setup time required for the schedule F.
If money was no object I'd probably give Magnify from farm credit a try. But that is $800 a year but probably has more capabilities than any other farm record keeping system ever built.
And some people still get by using a notebook or microsoft excel. Nothing wrong with that either. | |
