Thanks for this information. I am thinking about doing both nostrils. I have a hard breathing except in the morning. In the morning (most days), I cannot breathe until I clean out my nose. One side is worse than the other. I was supposed to do this 10 years ago, but the doctor forgot to do my nose when he did my throat.
