thanks for the post, mine is a 10 but was updated, whatever from a Windows 8. I have been trying all night and nothing seems to work, In setting, it doesn't show or greyed out what I have to click on. By far no expert, will get with son in law soon, just thought I could fix it. Will work more, thanks will let you know later.
