I always struggle with that concept and here is why. Lets say i want to give you the number 80202. I would say this eight, "oh" (or "Zero"), two, "oh", two. But grouping them in two's poses this problem. Do I say Eighty, Two, Oh Two? This sounds like 8202. Or, eighty, twenty, two? THAT sounds like 8022 ? I suppose I could say eighty, two hundred two. ????

Reminds me of my sons Madagasgar Movie. "Repairs to the plane will take Six to Nine Months" "SIXTY NINE MONTHS!!!!!!????? " NO, SIX ....TO.... NINE Months".

I guess you would have to see the movie to appreciate it.
