Owings, Maryland 38.6856 N 76.6752 W | Bob I think you are/have/will approach your situation in the proper fashion, I've been keeping an eye "'puter eye" on you for a long time and from here it appears that you have done a great job of dealing with the cards you were dealt.
Myself without going in depth, I believe I would continue doing what I love right up to the end, on my way there I would try to organize and make things as easy for the heirs as possible. Aint going to make any sense to get rid of everything, stop working the land you love and then sit back and wait for the day.
