Music cd's are not normally recorded using the mp3 file format.
If it's a 2018, it likely does have usb ports.
It will be able to play MP3's using that port. From a phone or a usb stick (flashdrive, thumbdrive....pick your favorite name to describe)
Flashdrives are (now) cheap, even for large capacity ones.
If the music is in MP3 format, hours of music can be saved per GB of usb storage.
