Yes, I have observed it for many, many years. Trash traveling at high rate of speed in the middle of both small or large streams as water is rising and when falling gradually moves to the edge. Old timers always pointed it out when we were once young bucks. When I did farm I had some bottom land to observe conditions . Gifford
