Lincoln County. NC | I got involved in the repair of a Hardi sprayer a couple years ago. The tech guy and parts staff at Hardi North America were VERY helpful for me. Yes, I had to go through a local Hardi dealer to get parts, but I was armed with the correct part numbers (supplied by the folks at Hardi) when I called the dealer. I was chasing a problem that had been unresolved at another (non-Hardi) dealer, and the tech guy told me over the phone what the problem was. | |
