Subject: Crafty Canadians

Hagen Brothers farms,Goodrich ND
Yep,those crafty Canadians see a need and one of the small manufacturing outfits will convert a dream into iron.
Seems I remember Haukaas building a rig like a front tractor mounted snow thrower with a big auger feeding off the right end of the "thrower" and extending well past the rear of the tractor so you could drive a truck under it. You could inch into the pile while the truck followed. Seems I remember it being very high bph.
It's listed in farm show, but I dont feel like searching for that back issue.

PS I just ordered the Farm Show CD containing every article they published in the 30 years of the magazine. A lot of the stuff is impractical or plain stupid, but there are some real 'Eurika" moments in those issues that make it worth owning. The CD has a great search engine to find an article by date, issue, story type, contributor name etc.
Have found some really usefull things in that little mag ,most of which did not involve trying to convert an old combine or school bus into somthing usefull ;)
