| I think you must have a Local Acount for that to work. Not a Microsoft Acct. If you don't have a local Left click the windows icon in the lower left screen and then click (Settings icon) and then (Accounts icon) then click on (Family and other users), then in top right part of screen you will find (Have a question). Under you will see (Create a local) click it and read and follow the instructions. When you get your local Account made Reboot the computer and log in to the Local Account if you made it a Administrator account. If not you will need to use your Administrator Account. You will need a name and password for this time and then go to (Settings), (Accounts), again and Then (Sign in options) go down to (Require Sign in) and in the box choose (Never) then shut down computer by choosing Reboot and when it comes up choose the Local Account you made and it should go ahead and boot.
