Not much semi traffic on the interstate.  We live in SE Nebr. and I went up to York, Ne to get on I-80 and go to Lincoln.

Just for the fun of it I counted the number of semi I met for a 20 mile stretch.  Counted 112.  Actually I think that would be over a 40 mile stretch.  I was going 65 mph one way and they were going 65 mph the other way.  Well, anyway, I can remember drive that road and getting boxed in with semi traffic most any time I drove that road.  I mean you would get boxed in several time on a 50 mile drive. Yesterday, the biggest group of truck I saw was 5 and they were spaced apart and would not hold up anybody traveling faster.  All this happened about 10-11 am.  Maybe that is a slow time of day, don't know.  Just my observation.  Yes, and several of the flat beds only had 1/4 or 1/2 loads on them.  I wonder how full the box semi were?  I went 2 miles several times and counted no trucks.

Are you all seeing the same in your area?
