.....So what is wrong with expecting her money back? I would expect my money back so I could at least purchase said item at another location. I don't agree with the 911 calls, but I fault the Mickey D's for not finding a reasonable solution.

      That being said, my wife has had to work "post command"(basically all troops rotate through and are in charge of the phones/dispatch), many times. You would not believe how many people ask for directions with 911. I know, I was there right before a Notre Dame football game, and it was not just a few calls of that nature. And the caller even gets honked about being yelled at to clear the "emergency line". Not knowing where to go is an emergency right!? There are calls for road conditions, "I had an accident two days ago and in another state, now I want a report right NOW", etc.,etc,etc...... Like mentioned in other posts, she could give hours of stories.
