Northeast Nebraska and Candelaria Philippines | Bernie, you are right on the money. The farm program is a JOKE. It keeps rents high, and land values high. We actually had a landlord say "$150 isn't that bad because when you take the $30 payment off you're only paying 120".... This landlord has the money, he doesn't need the extra government handout. I am so sick of it. It pisses me off. Stupid people/government can't get anything right. I'm sure if you own a couple quarters you'll feel different. We rent all 3000 of our acres. Helping the big get bigger.. just quit with the handouts to farmers/banks/insurance companies/airlines/auto manufactures, ect... |
