Wi | So you want the AC-M to mesh with the AC-Pro and then use M5s for the bridge with another AC-M as an access point at the final site?
Is the AC pro just a regular AC pro or an AC M pro? If it's an AC pro make sure you mount it carefully.
People do 300' mesh links but they aren't always ideal especially since that's nearing the limit for those APs anyways. I guess it doesn't cost anything to try and if it doesn't work you can buy a couple loco Nanos to make another bridge.
Configuration is fairly easy with the unifi controller. You don't need to keep it running after you configure them. Those APs come with mesh turned on by default. | |
