NE SD | What is the risk for the bto's when buying new equipment then?? I pay my bills and if this bto is anything like some of them around here it would not go over well at all with community. Most all have driven land cost to total unprofitable levels and will continue if things like this happen. You say he farms 18k. Well I would bet he has sqwashed the dreams of many smaller starting out guys by taking land and raising rents. I am sorry but this strikes a nerve with me. They all want to be bto, but now when the going gets tough go cry to JD that I can't quite make it now. | |
