Martinsville Ill | Bought the place I live on from family that wanted it to stay in the family (100ac). Was tring to get the money from the FHA when 911 happened and then money was frozen. I worked all summer to get the money mountains of forms. I was coning up on a deadline from the family to purchase. 2 days before I was going to need to move out I found someone who would work with me and very fast. On a Sunday I was asking for prayers at church (moving out) on Wednesday I was the owner of 100ac and on friday of that week I met my wife! Very blessed to have all the things out of my control work to make something that looked impossible at the time work. An amazing God we have.
Working on our next farm currently, time will tell. | |
