Oklahoma | Is it just me or is this converter box issue a pile of junk. We hooked everything up and now have grainy pictures. Can watch the news in the morning and by 9 the signal is gone. Start to pick up a signal again about dark. If the wind is blowing very much or it is overcast forget it. We didn't think it would be a big problem except that since we have hooked this box up for some reason our DVD player doesn't work. For some reason you put a DVD in and you can hear the sound but you can't see the picture. We took the converter box totally out of the loop and put everything back the way it was and still the same result. So did the box fry our DVD player.
With how worthless I think the news is, it isn't worth the efforts but it is nice to be able to watch a movie every now and then. | |
