Mid Michigan | Personally I don't think anybody is worth $25 million a year to play ball. But that is why I don't go to pro baseball games. I do enjoy going to our local Lansing Lugnuts Stadium and watch the semi-pro teams play. The stadium is beautiful, the tickets are cheap, the entertainment is good and the players are excellent. They probably get paid around 30-50 grand a year. I would like to see them play an exibition game against the Detroit Tigers someday just to see how much difference there really is. Probably would turn out like when Michigan State football team played Central Michigan Universtiy a few years ago and got beat! | |
