Lapel, In | So long as the public continue to pony up at the ticket booth, expect no changes. When season ticket sales drop way off, the owners will have a mess on their hands. The Colts lost Marvin Harrison this week to free agence. His agent would not deal. #88 will be 37 this year. Would have made 13 million. #2 behind only Jerry Rice in receptions and #1 in touchdown passes from Peyton Manning at 112 TDs., but the Colts just have too many great receivers beside Marvin to be held hostage by an agent. Going to be a sad day for everyone involved, especially the fans who loved the guy. As a receiver, who would anyone want more than #18 throwing to him ? Marvin says he still wants to play and nobody can say he can't still play the game. Hard to figure. | |
