Jewell County KS | I've just had a Enumerator from thee above agency stop at the house with a "2008 Agricultural Resource Management Survey" (ARMS)
I've started thru the survey and cannot find anywhere as to if this is voluntary or not and I forgot to ask the lady when she was here.
any idea?
EDIT - I guess I answered my own question.
Section K states" Response to this survey is confidential and Voluntary"
