Near Richmond, IN | I've read all the arguments about this and I understand everyone's viewpoint but the fact remains that if it is "your" fence he took your property. I would be extremely PO'd about it. I'd try to work it out with him first----if I knew him at all---and if I didn't know him I'd just deal with the sheriff.
All neighbors have to do is respect each other and he certainly didn't respect you or your property. That's one of the biggest problems I see in this country is the lack of respect for others and their property and it seems like the younger people are, the worse it is. Maybe it goes back to being handed everything when they were kids.
To me this is no different than if he came on your property and took your truck so he could haul feed home or some other reason. | |
