Callao, Missouri | I do believe that we are an opt out county. But that point would be null here, as apparently the neighbor is providing almost all the necessary items for the fence anyway. It would be kind of a stretch to complain about a free fence, wouldn't it?
I find the provision that you can bill the neighbor for the fence if they use it to be funny. Who decides if it's being used? How would someone get them to pay up? And at what rate? Does depreciation before use figure in?
Did you get drowned earlier today? We got our share and part of your's too.
