You held cattle with one strand of barb wire then you'll hold the cattle with 1 smooth wire no matter how much juice is going through it.
Are you holding livestock with it or just mainly using it for a boundry?
Sounds to me like your mad more than anything because he took your barb wire and messed up something with some sentimental value of doing with your pop. Which is a good enough reason to be torked if he didn't talk to you first.
