you will need a steering wheel puller. remove the cap in the center of the wheel & take the nut & washer off, then you will see a collar with 2 threaded holes on each side, it is probably fine thread use them to pull up against the center shaft. Don't bother tring to muscle it off, figure out a way to use a puller.
