I was through Fargo mid Jan (the -30 cold snap week) and again last week. Only difference I saw of the warm up in the middle was the streets and parking lots got down to bare surface.
I sand bagged in Fargo in 75, not as much snow stacked up this year compared to then..... but I'll agree, it will be hockey sticks to deal with this spring.
what would you do with a spare 100K???
