Now you tell me that you have done volunteer things to try to help improve the lot of some in your community. If you had explained all that before, I wouldn't have jumped on you like I did.

I am sorry if I offended you by using the word "ingrate". That was not my intention. The info as it appeared to me before seemed to indicate that you didn't do anything to help your fellow man. Apparently that was an incorrect interpretation.

I still believe that the ones that do not volunteer should, at the least, express some appreciation for the ones that do.

Thank you for the things you did to attempt to help the prisoners get their lives on track. Did it work with any of them?
