no pics of the sleeping gramma
Well, I guess she woke up next to a grandpa too. Got the call yestiddy in the field that oldest son, Eric and his better half, had made the trek to the hospital after water broke. I shut down the farming for the day about 2:30, rushed the 100 miles to the house, got to Tulsa hospital about 7:30, seemed like forever (I'm sure it seemed longer for the mommy, Aubry), but by midnight we were blinding the poor little girl with camera flashes. I am blessed with my first granddaughter, Lainie Grace at 11:30, Febuary 24th.
Home in bed about 3:00 ish this morning, now on my way back to playing in the dirt the rest of the week.
