Martinsville, Ohio | Hey, I was just thinking the same thing! Here is a good story on one young person's achievements:

Our local chapters are busy with Public Speaking this week. I serve as critique and judge and give suggestions. Matt has a bright young speaker who won the Creed contest his freshman year, got third in Beginning Prepared last year with a lame topic. So he beefed it up and has a talk on the new world agriculture we all would enjoy listening to.
I taught Tractor Safety each year to prepare them for Tractor Day. One town boy was doing his test on the almost new D-15 Series IV our chapter had in the 70's and I was the teacher that looked younger than some of the students. Chuck wanted to pull it into the shop so I let him. He froze going in and the front tire started climbing up the shop wall. Somehow I was able to jump high enough to smash his clutch foot to the floor and the tractor rolled back down the wall with no incident.
Talk about sweating bullets!
