Mike if it makes you feel better I am also ready to smash my computer out in my driveway with hammers and tractors! I've had more lock ups, hiccups, whatever you want to call them from this Dell. I have a spyware I can't get rid of. Just makes using the computer a real joy sometimes. I used to think my Gateway was a bad computer but this Dell has only been a little better. It only cost me $450 bucks though and the Gateway was $2600!! No computer shop around here can fix this so someday I will just smash it and get a new one.
