Subject: Are these herbicide myths or facts? Educate me please

West Central WI
1) I'm pretty convinced myself this a fact but I haven't been able to get a answer on how long. How long/how much does glyphosate set a crop back, particularly soybeans? Even if you don't get yellow flash, it seems to take a while before they really start growing again

2) I was talking to another farmer recently and he told me that you don't want to spray your broadleaf and grass/corn killer herbicide together when you spray soybeans. According to him, when you add the grass killer, it makes the broadleaf herbicides one fourth as effective. Can anyone shed any insight on this? If it's true, it would really pay to make another pass across the field and split them

Any help/education here is highly appreciated. I'm always trying to learn new things
