Central KY | Depends mainly on how much help I have, and how close I need to be following the baler. If rain's coming, then usually have someone pull wagons and chase the baler. If it's a good square field and they hay's pretty thick, I think it's just about as quick to park and not move the wagon. We can usually have a wagon load within a few hundred feet circle of a wagon in first or thicker 2nd cutting hay. Pulling wagons around as you load does help keep from tracking up a spot where you're loading though... | |
