Subject: RE: The Swedish way

The problem is how do you prove what was said and what wasn’t said when things happen behind closed doors? It will almost always be a case of he said, she said. And there is definitely a bias towards believing the women.

By requiring a man to prove it was consensual it is essentially saying men are always guilty in a sexual encounter until proven innocent. It is no longer necessary for the accusing party to prove guilt, the man has to prove his innocence.

I am not belittling the situation of rape victims but with laws like that any of us could likely be accused and found guilty of it by our wives or girlfriends unless we clearly record them giving consent with time and date included. How do you prove that she was a willing participant if she is now saying she wasn‘t ?? Instead of dash cams we are going to need “bed cams”. But that could get a guy into a whole other mess of trouble. Lol
