We have never fought net wrap like we do on this machine.
How long have you had this baler? Are you running other balers that do not have this issue with the same batch of wrap? Your OP made it sound like the issue is new this year and your dad and brother have been having the issues this year and you have not in the past. If this is a persistent issue year to year and is not affected by operator/rake then it could very well be a baler adjustment.
Have you verified that the net is not out to the edge while in the bale chamber? If it is out the edge in the bale cahmber then the issue is hour-glassed bales caused by windrow too wide. If it is not the edge while in the chamber it could be belt tracking or low net tension.
