Haven't ran the baler as I've been spraying whenever its running. But my dad and brother have been fighting an issue with the wrap not staying to the edge of the bales. We are running edge to edge wrap not the cover edge. It doesn't seem specific to one roll of as we have ran several through the machine. We have cleaned all the rollers and the belts all look good. Just hoping someone had a quick idea or fix for the net wrap pulling in on the ends so I could help them. It's not a big deal just looks tacky and leaves a bit exposed instead of being nice tight smooth rows of bales. Tia
Try a roll of vermeer net, it's cheaper and stronger than deere.
Otherwise I'd be looking at the compresser rack underneath, maybe have it too tight in the corners? |
